Hello, my name is Marite Rodriguez, Founder and President of Titles Unlimited Inc., and I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself and my company to you. Titles Unlimited Inc. was established in 1989 and has been a well known title company in the real estate industry. When I began working in the title business in 1982 I thought of it completely as just a job, but it soon became my passion. My father was a mortgage broker here in Miami and sort of pushed me in the direction of title.

As time went by and I learned the business and began to love the challenge. I took real pride in solving the title problem that no one else could. I have an extensive amount of experience in the title business. My hands on approach to managing my company is a great advantage to my clients. I am not just an owner of a title company.

I know my clients personally and am able to assist them with any issue they may encounter. I am here to answer any questions that you may have and look forward to hearing from you.

My name is Esther Keyack and have been with Titles Unlimited since 1993. I have complete knowledge of the title process from start to finish. I feel that this allows me to provide our clients with excellent customer service. I handle all aspects of the title process from the initial receipt of the file to processing and then packaging/funding the transaction.

I take care of preparing figures as well as all closing documents. I have been in the title business for the past 24 years and know the business from start to finish. This business runs in my blood as my father was a long time mortgage broker and Marite Rodriguez, President of Titles Unlimited Inc. is my sister. I feel that my knowledge of the mortgage financing part of the transaction has helped me to understand and help the clients in the closing of their home.
